01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88wine (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website at https://88wine.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, promotional offers and customer account management.

To register and maintain an Account on 88wine, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. By completing registration, you confirm that all submitted information is correct and that you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

88wine reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing a first withdrawal, before granting higher deposit limits or if the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 88wine will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.

4.3 Account Closure

88wine reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion if a breach of these Terms is identified, if fraudulent activity is suspected, if KYC requirements are not met, or if applicable law or regulatory obligations require such action. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or criminal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate odds, games or outcomes through collusion, arbitrage abuse, match-fixing, or any other dishonest method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Creating multiple Accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent Account restrictions.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Submitting false or misleading support requests, chargeback claims or payment disputes without valid grounds.

Any breach of these prohibited-use provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted via the payment methods made available by the operator from time to time. 6.2 Withdrawals

07 Bonus & Promotions Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before being eligible for withdrawal. The applicable requirement is stated alongside each promotion.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. 88wine reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting is offered on selected markets including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, international matches), football and UFC. Live odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules during key match events.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88wine, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, system errors or downtime beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions affecting users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from accounts closed due to breach.
• Any decisions you make regarding gambling participation, bet selection or financial management relating to your Account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13 Legal Jurisdiction & Pakistan Context

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, as stated in the Platform's licensing information. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
